CMHCM Enterprise
Connect. Read. Reply.
A focused workspace for your designated Facebook Page and linked Instagram account.
01 / ACCESS
Enter the review workspace
Access is limited to authorized reviewers and test operators.
02 / CONNECTION
Choose what to connect
Meta authorization lets this workspace read the selected test account’s incoming items and send only replies you confirm. Choose the features you need, then select the allowed account.
Connecting does not change the app’s webhook subscriptions. Only pre-approved test assets are available here.
Receive account events
Explicitly install this app on the selected account’s Page. Existing observed subscription fields are preserved. No messages are sent and no subscriptions are removed.
For Instagram with Facebook Login, installation uses its linked Page and the Page feed field. Instagram messages/comments are configured at app level; this does not enable Facebook comment ingestion without consent.
Instagram message delivery may require Allow Access to Messages under Connected Tools. Change that setting only after explicit authorization. Subscription verification alone does not prove inbound delivery or Advanced Access eligibility.
Local rehearsal controls
These controls add fictional events. All provider operations in this mode use an in-memory fixture adapter.
03 / INBOX
Incoming messages & comments
Latest 100 received items. Earlier platform history and attachments are not imported.
