CMHCM Enterprise operates this isolated iTcConnector workspace for designated Facebook Page and linked Instagram test accounts. Contact [email protected] about access, correction or deletion of your data.

To demonstrate account connection and conversation handling, we process account identifiers, Meta access tokens, sender-scoped identifiers, message/comment text and times, and manual reply records and delivery statuses. Tokens and records are stored in an encrypted private server file. Signed-in sessions are held in memory for up to one hour.

Test data is retained through review and handoff, then cleaned up under a separately confirmed deletion scope. There is no automatic time-based deletion. The workspace is limited to 1,000 events, 1,000 reply records and 1,000 removal markers. Attachments are not downloaded, no content is sent to AI providers, and there are no automatic replies. Manual replies require explicit operator confirmation and separately enabled sending.

Disconnect & delete clears active workspace data and this store's encrypted temporary files left by interrupted writes. It does not recall content sent to Meta, revoke shared Meta grants, or remove shared subscriptions. Cleanup is logical deletion, not a guarantee of physical disk or provider-snapshot erasure. No separate review backup is configured; the inspected JEV database backup jobs do not include this workspace's state. Hosting snapshots are not covered by a deletion guarantee.

Supported signed removal notifications redact known incoming text and prevent replay or reply. Not all provider deletion formats have been verified. Reply records remain until workspace cleanup. See data deletion instructions.
